Customer Experience
- Deliver friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service at all times
- Engage confidently with customers and assist with product recommendations
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the store
- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional Steamhouse experience
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards
- Ensure all food and drinks are presented to the highest quality standards
- Support food preparation to ensure readiness for service
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently
Order Fulfilment & Service
- Deliver food and drink orders promptly and professionally
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy periods
- Support smooth service throughout the day
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store
- Follow food storage and stock rotation procedures
- Keep front and back of house areas organised and presentable
Team Support & Operations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business
- Support Supervisors and Managers with daily operations
- Assist with stock handling, preparation, and organisation
- Be flexible and willing to support different areas when required
This Team Member role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality products and great hospitality. The successful Team Member,will be a positive team player who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service to every shift.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
