Key Result Areas Learner Mentoring and Support * Provide one-to-one and group mentoring to learners throughout their programme, focusing on employability, confidence, and personal development. * Deliver tailored advice and guidance (IAG) at enrolment, helping learners set career goals and identify potential barriers to employment. * Support learners in producing high-quality CVs, cover letters, and job applications. * Deliver sessions on job search skills, interview techniques, and workplace expectations. * Offer guidance for those seeking self-employment or freelance work, including registration and compliance basics. * Provide ongoing pastoral care, signposting learners to external support where necessary.
