The Stay Experts is a travel-tech startup reimagining how people discover and book travel. From curated guidebooks to concierge-style booking to our upcoming AI-powered platform, we help travelers find the world’s best stays, without the overwhelm. We’re now hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to join our founding team. This is a part-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility to work remotely.

You’ll own and lead marketing across strategy, content, paid/organic growth, lead generation, and brand storytelling. From day one, your ideas will shape how the world sees us, and help grow awareness, bookings, and our early user base.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Run growth campaigns (organic, paid, partnerships, influencer)
  • Build and optimize the full marketing funnel (content, email flows, landing pages, automation)
  • Create engaging content across web, socials, emails, and guidebooks
  • Promote our digital guidebooks and upcoming travel products
  • Shape and evolve our brand voice and messaging
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance (A/B tests, insights, tracking)
  • Test new acquisition channels beyond traditional platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to refine positioning and growth roadmap
  • Contribute to customer lifecycle (retention, referrals, upsell)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing/growth/lead gen (startups, SaaS, or agency is a plus) OR strong portfolio/project results if early-career or recently graduated
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Notion, CRMs, etc.
  • Strong written and visual content instincts
  • Data-driven mindset with a willingness to test, iterate, and learn
  • Self-starter attitude with creative energy and ownership mindset
  • Bonus: experience promoting digital products or content (e.g. newsletters, online tools)
