As a Night Receptionist at The Stay Club Kentish Town, you will be responsible for all front of house operations from greeting residents to handling complex queries or booking reservations and processing transactions. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist who is dynamic and flexible to meet the needs of our residents.
Welcome and engage with residents by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Accurately processing financial transactions, guest billing and reception float.
Demonstrate initiative by taking ownership with limited management supervision.
Ability to work in a pressurized environment and maintain professional standards.
Perform Health and Safety checks and ensure Public Areas are maintained.
Report Maintenance and Housekeeping issues in a timely manner and follow up.
Preparing handovers for the incoming shift and completing general administrative duties.
Collaborate with immediate and internal teams to ensure residents receive Best Standard of Service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong experience using Microsoft 365 technologies (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of PEX reservation system would be advantageous.
- Safeguarding and Health & Safety training would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work and live in the United Kingdom.
