We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join The Stay Club, a leading student accommodation and co-living company in London. This is a fixed-term role from June to October 2025, with a serious opportunity to become permanent based on performance and our upcoming expansion. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, engaging directly with prospective residents and supporting them through viewings and the booking journey.

  • Running smooth, friendly viewings
  • Guiding clients through the booking process with confidence
  • Supporting your team and improving week by week

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Conduct viewings across our buildings (mainly Camden, Kentish Town, and North Acton)
  • Provide a smooth, informative and friendly experience to prospective residents
  • Support the team in booking coordination, follow-ups and lead tracking
  • Work Thursday to Monday, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Be physically present on-site and flexible to move between buildings when needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good organisation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence using digital tools such as email and CRM-style systems
  • Comfortable commuting between Kentish Town (main office), Camden Town, and North Acton
  • Available to work on-site, Thursday to Monday, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Comfortable making sales calls and engaging with leads via phone and email
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with student accommodation or co-living environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
  • Interest in growing within a commercial or sales-focused career path
