We\’re looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. In this role, you\’ll work with our existing customer base, supporting them through the renewal journey, resolving issues, and helping them maximize our products.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers, guiding them through their renewal process
- Building strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention
- Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and working to reduce churn
- Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Providing accurate renewal forecasts and maintaining detailed CRM records
- Spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell and passing leads to relevant teams

- Previous experience in customer service, renewals, account management, or retention
- Confident communicator, great at building rapport and managing tricky conversations

We\’re conducting an in-person assessment centre at our Slough office. It\’s a great opportunity to meet the team, experience our culture, and showcase your personality beyond your CV. The session will include group tasks, a short interview, and some fun challenges designed to highlight your strengths!
- Our next assessment centre is scheduled for the week commencing 4th August, between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. Please ensure you\’re available on that day. (It will only be on one of the days.)
