What We're Looking For
You will:
- Have a genuine passion for producing high-quality, freshly prepared food
- Be confident running at least two sections within a busy kitchen
- Follow recipes and specifications while maintaining excellent standards
- Have 3-4 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Possess solid knife skills and a good understanding of classical cooking techniquesli>
- Thrive under pressure while keeping a positive attitude and a sense of humour
