Pub Overview:

The Railway is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. You can rest assured knowing that we do the detail, so you can Think Bigger.

The Area:

The Railway is located in the heart of the community of Lye, on a busy main road close to great transport links. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.

The Offer:

The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 44% of the pub's total sales. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?
