About Wishing Well
Wishing Well is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium food and drinks range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. The pub sits within a busy local shopping centre at the heart of a private residential estate, with 2,134 adults within walking distance and only one competing pub, the Cherry Tree. Current food sales are £1,800 per week. Trade is expected to be driven through sports occasions, relaxed dining, premium drinks, community events, a new gaming and entertainment zone and everyday visits from nearby residents. We are offering the pub on a Management Agreement with Just Add Talent and provide industry‑leading training and support for you and your team.
