The Windmill is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The Windmill is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium drink range and food menu that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. The Windmill is located in the town of Keyworth, 6 miles from Nottingham city centre. The pub is surrounded by residential housing. It's a very affluent satellite village for Nottingham commuters and close to other Nottingham satellite suburbs of Ruddington and Cotgrave. The pub itself is located at the North end of the village and has a bus stop for the main routes into Nottingham situated just outside the pub.
The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 4109 adults. The affluent customer base is made up of middle aged families and the retired.
The food currently makes up 20% of the pub's total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live entertainment, live sports and selection of pubs games, such as pool. With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings: £42,280. Annual Estimated Annual Turnover: £389,962. Ingoing Costs: £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
