The Horse & Jockey is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The Horse & Jockey is located in the affluent town of Upton, close on the Wirral. The pub is surrounded by shops, local businesses and mixed housing.

A recent refurbishment has enhanced the internal trading area including the kitchen and made the outside area a lovely place to relax with all the family.

Demographics:

The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 4,108 adults. The Majority customer base is made up of a low to medium mature affluence demographics.

The offer:

The food currently makes up 20% of the pub\’s total sales.

You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts and pub games machines.
