Operator Qualifications
The right operator for the pub will have extensive experience in a high‑street hospitality business.
They should have a clear vision for the food & drinks menu, entertainment offer and marketing strategy, and be able to create a memorable experience for customers.

Switch is located in the town of Southend‑On‑Sea, just off the High Street, near Central Station and close to Southend University.
The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.
