The area
The Dandy Lion is located in the city of Lincoln, close to the Brayford Pool. The pub is surrounded by commercial businesses and local council offices and so benefits from a good level of passing footfall. It is close to two other pubs, the Mailbox and the William Foster, and is part of a small circuit.
Demographics
The Dandy is in a busy area with 54 pubs found in the region of around 10,000 adults. It attracts a broad customer base, from office workers during the day to students in the evening.
