The Brown Horse is located in the town of Neston on the Cross, in the Southwest corner of the Wirral Peninsula close to the coastal village of Parkgate. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing. The pub is a wet-led community pub that already has an established trade. The pub benefits from having both Sky Sports and TNT on site. It is the perfect place to watch your favourite sporting event while enjoying a nice cold drink.

Demographics: The pub benefits from having 3,400 adults within a 10-minute walk of the pub. The majority customer base is made up of affluent mature adults.
