There's strong local competition, but also demand for a good pub food offer - something The Cottage can provide with cask ales, real fires, a cosy setting and a newly created kitchen designed to help deliver a quality dining experience.
- The Offer: The Cottage is available on our investment tenancy agreement. The pub has great kerb appeal, with a superb location off the main high street, offering an operator a great opportunity to capitalize on local trade.
