We're seeking an experienced Contracts & Tenders Associate to support the UK market access strategy and drive NHS and private healthcare adoption of our portfolio. This role is key in ensuring smooth submission and management of commercial agreements and NHS Commissioning Framework activities. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping market access strategy, including:
- Supporting NHS Commissioning Framework submissions and engagement throughout the framework lifecycle
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with NHS procurement teams and private healthcare organisations
- Contributing to pricing decisions, product usage forecasting, and portfolio adoption planning
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, and Business Intelligence teams
- Completing internal administrative and reporting tasks related to market access initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK market access, including NHS framework submissions
- Strong understanding of UK reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision drivers
- Proven track record in product launches, preferably in immunology or oncology
- Skilled at building relationships with senior NHS staff, procurement authorities, and private healthcare stakeholders
- Data-driven, highly organised, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- ABPI-qualified or working towards certification preferred
