The Stanway School in Colchester is seeking a dedicated Deputy Inclusion Hub Manager to lead inclusion initiatives and support pupils with complex needs.

You will oversee hub operations, coordinate timetables, and contribute to robust safeguarding and bespoke provision for learners across the school.

Working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus non pupil days), you will join a supportive Trust environment with strong CPD and staff wellbeing benefits.
