Join The Standard Market Company. We are a leading gourmet food retailer located in the Ferry Road Markets in Southport, specializing in high-quality products across our butcher shops, delis, fruit shops, bakeries, and juice and gelati bars. We are undergoing growth and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support our Register's Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all our valued customers.
- Provide training and support to our Registers Customer service team.
- Handle EFTPOS and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area.
- Engage in physical tasks, including lifting, packaging, and storing various products.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive work environment.
