Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Isla restaurant as a Waiter/Waitress. You will become part of an exceptional restaurant team, with a passion for service, strong organisation, and a good working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations and the order of service. You should be enthusiastic about learning (new wines and seasonal dishes), highly social, upbeat, friendly, confident under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks and guests in a busy, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with a wide range of guests from diverse backgrounds, ideally in a lifestyle boutique hotel or high-quality restaurant
- Support guest experience, restaurant operations, and the order of service
- Guide guests with knowledge of wine and food to enhance their experience
- Act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Build genuine relationships with guests and provide excellent service
- Meet full-time availability and be fully flexible Monday – Sunday, including late-night shifts (Thu–Sat, 2am)

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress, with ability to engage a diverse guest base
- Confidence in guest experience, restaurant operations, and the order of service
- Knowledge and interest in wine (relevant qualifications such as WSET are a plus) and good food knowledge
- Highly social, motivated, proactive, and able to maintain professionalism and positivity
- Flair for service and ability to build genuine relationships with guests
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
