London sets the perfect stage for The Standard's first European flagship and since opening in 2019, The Standard, London has firmly established itself as one of the capital's most dynamic lifestyle hotels. Set in King's Cross within the hotel's iconic brutalist building, The Standard brings its design-led, culture-driven, activation-heavy philosophy to the heart of the city. With 266 guestrooms ranging from cosy rooms to terraced suites overlooking St Pancras, alongside a constant programme of cultural happenings, the hotel has become both a neighbourhood fixture and an international destination.

Our restaurants, bars and rooftop terraces are legendary. From Isla's Garden setting to Double Standard's vibrant energy, Decimo's skyline dining and Sweeties' late-night scene, our venues create a high-volume, multi-outlet operation that runs from early morning through to late night. Together, these spaces position The Standard, London as one of the city's most exciting destinations for events, celebrations and brand experiences.

We are defined by our richness of personality, diversity of background and lifestyle and are now looking for an Entertainment Sales Manager who will embody our "Anything but Standard" ethos. As part of Hyatt, we're committed to creating an environment where our people feel they belong, can grow, thrive and do their best work.

Your Role: Entertainment is part of our fabric at The Standard and, to put it simply, it runs through every inch of our culture and DNA; play is always just as important as stay to our guests. As our Entertainment Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Sales, Revenue team and wider Commercial function to drive one of our most exciting market segments. As we continue to grow our presence in London and internationally, your industry knowledge and connections will help shape our Entertainment sales strategy across film, music, television, theatre, fashion, the arts and wider creative industries.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key entertainment accounts and growing awareness of The Standard, London across both domestic and international markets. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills are essential. Alongside driving revenue, you will monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and share insights that help shape our commercial strategy. This is not a "Standard" sales role, so you will need to bring energy, personality and creativity in equal measure. Highly social, commercially minded and culturally connected, you will be equally comfortable negotiating commercial agreements, hosting clients on our rooftop or representing one of the world's most distinctive lifestyle hotel brands on the global stage.

Do you have what it takes to be our Entertainment Sales Manager at The Standard? While we take every detail of design and guest experience seriously, we do not take ourselves too seriously. ‘Standard People' are at the heart of our brand; vivid, dynamic and engaging.
