Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Conduct security patrols around premises in front and back of house areas.
• Respond to all emergency situations with calm and professionalism.
• Deal with safety incidents involving guests, contractors or staff.
• Act as liaison with local law enforcement, fire department and food safety agencies.
• Participate in coaching and training to maintain high service and presentation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record as Security Officer or Security Supervisor, ideally in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Experience with control room and door management at a busy venue.
• Flexible approach to work hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, night and day shifts.
• High motivation, proactive and professional attitude.
• Experience in Fire, Health & Safety and Food safety management.
• Experience managing complex emergency situations.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training to maintain consistent service and safety standards.
• Required licences: SIA Licence, Personal Licence, First Aid, CCTV control, Fire Marshal and minimum level 2 Health & Safety.
