Sales Coordinator London sets the perfect stage for The Standard's first European flagship and since opening in 2019, The Standard, London has firmly established itself as one of the capital's most dynamic lifestyle hotels. Set in King's Cross within the hotel's iconic brutalist building, The Standard brings its design-led, culture-driven, activation-heavy philosophy to the heart of the city. With 266 guestrooms ranging from snug Cosy Cores to terraced suites with outdoor bathtubs overlooking St Pancras Station. A constant programme of Happenings, from DJs and brunches to live music and cultural panels, the hotel has become both a neighbourhood fixture and an international destination.

Our Restaurants, Bars, and Rooftop terraces are legendary, and The Standard is known worldwide for nightlife and culturally relevant dining. Isla offers seasonal, produce-led menus on a serene garden terrace; Double Standard pairs American diner spirit with British pub classics; The Rooftop serves cocktails and hot dogs with panoramic London views; and Decimo brings bold Mexican Spanish cooking, mezcal, and skyline views via our iconic red-pill lift. Together, these venues create a complex, high-volume, multi-outlet operation running from early morning through late night, welcoming hotel guests, London locals, and international visitors alike.

At the heart of our hotels are of course our people who through their vibrancy and energy bring our properties to life. We are now seeking a team of diverse and dynamic individuals that will capture the very essence of the Standard London to join our team as a Sales Coordinator.

You'll intrinsically understand the unique microcosm and the context of our venues and city you represent.

While prior experience as a Sales Coordinator is always useful, all are welcome at the Standard; you will have however an uncompromised and natural flair for Sales and be able to build genuine relationships with our clients that enable us to not only pre-empt needs but foresee desires.

In addition to this you will also need:

  • A proven track record in a similar Sales Coordinator or Group Reservations role with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle', or boutique hotel sector.
