Your Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will work with senior management to oversee an exceptional floor team in this busy high‑volume destination restaurant. You will manage daily service, ensure smooth operation, coach and develop the team, maintain standards, and deliver an engaging dining experience. You will also be a host to guests, adding personality and theatre, ensuring they feel welcome while enjoying our vibrant city. The role requires a highly social, upbeat, and friendly individual who thrives under pressure, handles multiple tasks, and delivers consistently in a high‑energy environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager in a lifestyle high‑volume destination restaurant (or boutique hotel sector)
  • Highly motivated, pro‑active, and professional with a positive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in exceptional food, drinks, and service
  • Excellent experience in restaurant operations and order of service
  • Experience training teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain consistent standards
  • Passionate, fun, and enthusiastic approach to work to inspire and motivate the team
  • Experience with Spanish and Mexican cuisine preferred, and/or open fire cooking
  • Solid wine & beverage knowledge (WSET Level 2 preferred)
  • Experience with HR procedures
  • Full‑time availability with flexible schedule Tuesday‑Saturday, late‑night Thursday‑Saturday (1‑3am close)
