Your role As a Night Chef de Partie at The Standard, London, you will become part of an exceptional culinary and kitchen team and be directly responsible for our Night Menu for guests wishing to dine in their rooms between 9.30pm and 7am. In addition to overseeing our night service, you will also undertake mise-en-place for the breakfast team and support them with our early breakfast service. This is a stand-alone position overnight so you will need to be incredibly organised and confident working by yourself. You will of course be passionate about cooking, with an exceptional working knowledge of kitchen operations and order of service; along with a deep appreciation of quality food and proven knowledge of production and cooking techniques.
