Decimo Bartender £17.86 per hr (incl. Tronc) plus Additional Tips & Benefits
Full Time 40 hrs per week, Sunday & Monday off, Kings Cross Late-Night Thursday-Saturday.

Your role as Decimo Head Bartender includes:
- Passionate about service with an exceptional working knowledge of bar operations and order of service.
- Deep understanding of cocktails, spirits, champagne, and quality wines to lead and train the bar team.
- Assisting with cocktail prep, bar set up, and creating and mixing a range of signature cocktails.
- Requisition, stock control, learning and development for the bar team, and implementing Health & Safety policies and compliance practices.
- Being a host, making guests feel welcome while managing multiple tasks and guests with ease.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor is essential.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and natural flair for service.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with the team and guests.
- Organised and detail orientated with strong knowledge of bar operations.
- Confident knowledge in classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Availability (Tues‑Sat) and late night (Thurs‑Sat).
