Decimo is an acclaimed restaurant where chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias merges Spanish cuisine with his love of Mexico. We are looking to grow our team and are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Commis Waiter.
Your role will include:
- Responsible for Mise-en-Place to ensure sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service.
- Assisting the senior restaurant team in the service of food from the kitchen.
- Adding a touch of personality and theatre to our guest experience.
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Highly social, upbeat, and friendly.
- Confident and able to handle pressure well.
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and guests with ease.
Prior experience as a Commis Waiter is key, along with:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a boutique hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Full-time availability, fully flexible Tuesday-Saturday, including late nights.
