We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Ground Floor team as a Bartender.
As a Bartender at The Standard, London, you will serve signature and classic cocktails, wines, beers and seasonal specials in our Double Standard bar, restaurant, library, garden and terrace. You will bring passion for service, deep appreciation of quality wines, champagne and spirits, and create signature cocktails. You will be a host, welcoming guests and thriving in a busy high-volume environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender with ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds, ideally in boutique hotel or busy city bar.
- Confident mixologist with proven knowledge of spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails, understanding of latest trends.
- Highly social, motivated, proactive; professional and positive.
- Full-time availability with full flexibility Monday to Sunday, including late-night Thurs–Sat until 2am.
- Experience using Squirrel Epos advantageous; full training provided.
- Relevant qualifications such as WSET advantageous but not essential.
- Open to candidates from arts, music and entertainment industries.
