What You’ll Do- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks and guide your team to ensure our guests receive top-tier hospitality, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to handling queries and fulfilling unspoken wishes.
- Rota: Demonstrated experience in creating and managing rotas while optimizing labour efficiency.
- Guest Experience Maestro: Work closely with our Front of House Manager and Guest Relations Managers to address complaints, log issues, and take action to turn any hiccup into a positive experience.
- Detail Wizardry: Partner with Housekeeping to oversee all accommodation services, managing room allocations, VIPs, and special requests with precision and special attention to details.

- Experience: Several years in a Senior Front Office, Duty Manager, or Assistant Front Office Management role within the UK or International Hospitality industry.
- Proven Background: Strong experience in Front Desk/Office operations, ideally in a 'Lifestyle' or boutique hotel.
- Flexible Hours: Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Admin and Organization Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and team supervision skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Systems: Experience with Opera Cloud, Microsoft and NOR1.
