Double Standard restaurant & bar is famous for its burgers, DJs, brunches, guest chefs and BBQ's, all enjoyed in a 70s-inspired bar space and sun-soaked terraces.
We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who will capture the energy of this unique venue and join our leadership team as our Restaurant Manager.
Your role:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager ideally gained in a similar high quality ‘Lifestyle’ restaurant or in the boutique hotel sector
- Highly motivated and pro-active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Strong knowledge of and interest in exceptional food, drinks, and service
- Excellent understanding and experience in restaurant operations
- Strong experience and interest in training teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain consistent standards
- Display a passionate, fun, and enthusiastic approach to work to inspire and motivate the team, and create an enjoyable, cohesive, and supportive working environment
- Solid wine & beverage knowledge
- Experience with HR procedures, training & development, and compliance
- Full-time availability, flexible Monday-Sunday, late-night Thursday-Saturday
