As a Double Standard Waiter/Waitress, you will need to be confident and able to handle pressure well, thriving in a busy high-volume, high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks and guests with ease.
Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is essential for this role, along with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds. This experience should ideally be gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, high-quality restaurant, or cocktail bar.
- Confidence in restaurant operations and the order of service, with a passion for food and drinks.
- Flair for service and the ability to build genuine relationships with guests.
- Good level of drinks knowledge from cocktails, wines, and beers to confidently make recommendations to guests.
- Highly social, motivated, and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Available full-time with full flexibility to work Monday – Sunday (late night Thursday–Saturday, 1.30am).
