Prior experience as a Commis Waiter or Runner, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination fine dining, or high-quality restaurant.
Confident in restaurant operations and the order of service, with a passion for food and drinks.
Highly social, motivated, and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
Available full-time with full flexibility to work Monday–Sunday.
