Bartender · £***** – £***** per hour (incl. Tronc) plus Additional Tips.
We are looking for a confident individual who can handle pressure well, thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender.
- Ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination cocktail bar, or similar busy city bar.
- Confident mixologist with proven knowledge of spirits, well-versed in both classic and contemporary cocktails, and a good understanding of the latest trends in the London bar scene.
- Knowledgeable and interested in wine (relevant qualifications such as WSET are a plus).
- Highly social, motivated, and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Available full-time with full flexibility to work Mon-Sun, as well as late night Thurs-Sat until 2am.
- Prior experience using POS is advantageous (full training will be given).
