We are currently recruiting for a Host/ Hostess for the Stage at The Londoner, this high-end bar is a very popular venue and is right at the heart of the Londoner experience.
Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Host/Hostess in The Stage at The Londoner.
- The role of Host/Hostess is responsible for the overall arrival experience for our guests within the bar.
You will escort all guests to their tables in an elegant and professional manner including assisting with coats and bags as required.
You will take a disciplined approach to table return times and will communicate effectively to the Floor Managers to ensure that table turnovers are run smoothly and efficiently.
- You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You:
- Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation as a host or hostess. Training will be required.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage and the desire to keep up to date with the latest food trends.
