We are looking for a confident, reliable, and hands-on Bar Supervisor to join our busy independent pub in the heart of Waterloo. The Stage Door is a fast-paced, welcoming pub known for Pieminister Pies, great food, good energy, and genuine service. We are proud of the atmosphere we have built over the years and are looking for someone who can play a key role in leading the team, setting the tone on shift, and ensuring high standards are consistently maintained throughout the venue.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and naturally leads from the front. You will be expected to take responsibility during service, support and guide the team, and help maintain a strong, professional, and positive working culture.
