Your responsibilities will include
- Open doors and greet guests with warm, personable welcome
- Assist with luggage according to our hotel standards
- Ensure that the lobby area is in impeccable condition
- Work closely with all team members, especially those in Concierge, Reception and Housekeeping
- Deliver things such as messages, newspapers, deliveries, amenities and more where necessary
- Security checks
- Assisting with Housekeeping duties such as preparing extra beds etc
- Taking and delivering room service orders
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Have good knowledge of London and the local area
