Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Producing all dishes to the agreed company standards and specifications
- Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
- Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes
- Keeping the kitchen team constantly informed on all food related stock levels in accordance with business levels
- Complying with food labelling and temperature controls
- Adhering to all Food Hygiene practices and procedures
