Monitor commercial cleaning sites through regular inspections, audits and hands-on support to ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved. Coordinate with operations colleagues to prioritise and deliver the daily work plan. Ensure services comply with health and safety requirements, company procedures and current legislation. Train, coach and support cleaning staff so they have the skills and guidance required to perform effectively. Monitor cleaning contracts and staff performance, reporting issues to the appropriate manager. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, service changes and concerns, taking corrective action where needed. Provide cleaning cover during staff absence or annual leave when required. Complete operational records and administration accurately and on time. Keep the company vehicle clean, appropriately stocked and subject to weekly checks. Build positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and site-based teams. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Β£13.94 an hour About you : Practical, organised and confident working independently.
