The Staffing Network is looking for an enthusiastic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team in Featherstone. You will be joining a busy, established desk supporting clients across the driving and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to work across other areas when new requirements come in. This is a genuine full 360 role, but you won't be doing it alone. You will be part of a supportive team culture where the desk, on-call responsibilities and successes are shared. Previous recruitment experience is essential. A driving licence and vehicle are essential to be able to attend client meetings.
What you will be doing:
- Writing engaging job adverts and posting them across job boards and social media.
- Screening advert responses and speaking with suitable candidates.
- Registering successful candidates and completing compliance checks, including eligibility, licences and points.
- Obtaining references and keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Finding work with existing clients, lapsed clients and prospective clients.
- Making cold calls to prospective businesses and building strong client relationships.
- Sharing the on-call phone, on a rota basis as part of the wider team.
What we offer:
- Salary of £27,000 - £33,000, negotiable for experienced consultants, with OTE up to £45,000.
