Key Responsibilities- Sorting and Grading: Inspect fruits to remove damaged or defective produce and sort by size, variety, and quality.
- Packing fruit into containers, punnets, or boxes according to specific company or customer specifications.
- Labelling accurately packages with weight, batch codes, and product information.
- General Duties: Handle, stack, and move boxes, sometimes requiring light lifting.
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Managers or Supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Climate-controlled environment.
- Flexibility.

- Requires walking and standing for long periods.
