The Staffing Network are looking for reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join our esteemed client in Doncaster. Working as part of a crew, you will collect waste from residential properties while providing a professional and courteous service to members of the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect domestic refuse, recycling, and garden waste from designated collection rounds.
  • Safely load waste and recyclable materials onto collection vehicles.
  • Assist the driver with navigation and safe manoeuvring where required.
  • Handle bins and containers carefully and return them to the appropriate location.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Report damaged bins, contamination, missed collections, or hazards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
  • Help keep vehicles and equipment clean and tidy.

Pay £13.06 Per Hour

Shifts Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Aware of health and safety procedures.

  • Willingness to undertake manual handling duties.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in waste collection, recycling, environmental services, or similar manual work.
