The Staffing Network Ltd are a leading staffing provider to various companies across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Conventional Machine setter/operator to work with our client based in Brierley Hill/Stourbridge. Our client is a leading manufacturer of pressed, formed and fabricated components. Due to company expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced machine operator/setter to work at its engineering plant in the Stourbridge area.
The role will require the candidate to operate and set conventional machinery to include Guillotines, Brake Presses and drills, reading drawings and the use of various measuring equipment. The candidate will also be trained in MIG welding and Fabricating.
Applicants must have previous machine operating/setting experience within an engineering environment. A base knowledge of welding would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Rate of pay will be £14.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
