The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. We have been trading since 2015, with our Eastern Regional Office based in Spalding opened in 2018. We service the following markerts – Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence, Sedex and REC members. We are recruiting a Branch Manager to develop new business and service our existing clients in the eastern area based in the Spalding Office. Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry, preferably in Industrial / food or logistics markets. The ideal candidate would be an existing Branch Manager or successful Recruitment Consultant / Senior with a hunger for sales and experience of GLAA work. Duties include but are not limited to:- identifying growth of the branch within our current markets building client relationships through service making telephone calls to new and existing clients meeting clients setting charge rates assisting and managing the current team of service recruitment consultants ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless. dedication to growing our client footprint in the Eastern area – our service team can handle growth! The current team are experienced and very competent service consultants and are in need of a strong manager with sales bias to grow the branch.
