The Staffing Network are a national labour provider. We are looking for a weighbridge operator for our client's waste and recycling depot based in Blackpool.
Duties:
- Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing, checking and processing documentation, document compliance checks, working with spreadsheets.
- Cover the weighbridge where needed.
- Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
- Ensure that anyone going on to the site has the appropriate protective equipment.
- Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team.
- Deliver outstanding front-line customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior waste/recycling or similar process environment highly advantageous.
- Weighbridge operation experience.
- Excellent understanding and approach to health & safety.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Experience of working with Excel & Data Systems.
