The Staffing Network are currently recruiting for an experienced Window Fabricator to join a well-established glazing manufacturer based in Peterborough. This is a hands-on workshop-based role producing high-quality UPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. The role is initially offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person who demonstrates reliability, skill, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of UPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors in a workshop environment
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling frames to specification
- Operating machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
- Fitting hardware, seals, and glazing units
- Quality checking finished products before dispatch
- Working to production targets while maintaining high standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window/door fabrication (UPVC or aluminium preferred)
- Ability to read basic technical drawings or work instructions
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliability and strong timekeeping
