What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive pre-shift briefings to drivers, ensuring clarity on tasks, schedules, and safety procedures.
- Manage real-time transport operations including factory clearance, inbound collections, and outbound deliveries.
- Complete all administrative traffic duties with accuracy and professionalism.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in advance to proactively resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the wider traffic team to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
- Report and escalate any vehicle incidents to management promptly.
- Provide high-quality service to customers, handling queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs and escalate any issues as necessary.
