The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and are looking for Transport Administrators for a Global supply chain in Daventrty.

Their 24/7 transport operation in Daventry have an exciting opportunity for a detailed focused and customer centric Transport Administrator where you will effectively plan and resource our transport fleet in order to meet the needs of our customers.

YOUR ROLE Monday to Friday Early and Late Shifts Ideally live between Daventry and Corby as company relocating next year WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As the Transport Administrator you will report into the Transport Supervisor where you will ensure service level agreements are maintained and that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policy and procedures.

You will provide effective administration for traffic office where you will carry out transport administration tasks promptly and professionally order planning and management, Driver planning and coordination, quality complaince, mangement of transport documentation, and improvement activities.

You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, liaising with operators and customers regularly therefore you will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience of working in a transport administration or planning environment.

Previous experience in either a customer service or transport role.

Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.

IT Literate It would be desirable, however not essential if you have experience of working in a multi-depot or 3pl environment.
