The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and are looking for Transport Administrators for a Global supply chain in Daventrty.
Their 24/7 transport operation in Daventry have an exciting opportunity for a detailed focused and customer centric Transport Administrator where you will effectively plan and resource our transport fleet in order to meet the needs of our customers.
YOUR ROLE Monday to Friday Week 1 6am to 3pm Week 2 3pm to Midnight Ideally live between Daventry and Corby as company relocating next year WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Transport Administrator you will report into the Transport Supervisor where you will ensure service level agreements are maintained and that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policy and procedures.
You will provide effective administration for traffic office where you will carry out * transport administration tasks promptly and professionally * order planning and management, * Driver planning and coordination, quality complaince, * management of transport documentation, and improvement activities. * You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, liaising with operators and customers regularly therefore you will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
