Mon–Thu: 14:30–23:00 | Fri: 14:10–22:40
Full-time | Late Shift
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of an automated packing line
- Manage product and line changeovers
- Respond to line stoppages, jams and operational issues
- Complete production records and PC-based data
- Verify products, packaging, labels and batch information
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, hygiene and food safety
- Support planned maintenance and equipment checks
- Guide and support operatives during production
- Use PPT and Pallet Stacker in line with site procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics experience
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, manual handling environment
- Confident working around automated machinery
- Willing and able to operate PPT and Pallet Stacker
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working around automated machinery, can lead by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. xgikmsk
