The Staffing Network are looking for a Reach Truck Driver to join an experienced team based in Cannock.

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse team. You will split your time between operating a reach truck and carrying out order picking and packing to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of stock.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to put-away and retrieve pallets in high racking.
- Pick and pack customer orders as per order sheets.
- Load/unload vehicles; wrap, label, and stage pallets for dispatch.
- Conduct pre-use equipment checks and follow site H&S procedures.
- Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Keep aisles, pick faces, and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Valid/in-date Reach Truck license [RTITB/ITSSAR or local equivalent]. No in-house licences.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with narrow-aisle/high-bay racking.
- Good attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with manual handling and working to performance targets.
