The Staffing Network are a national labour provider seeking Plant/ Flower nursery operatives to join a busy nursery team in Spalding.

Day shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 07:00 - 18:00

Pay Rate: Β£12.71 p/h

Duties include:

  • Planting & potting
  • Picking/packing/labelling pot flowers/plants
  • General nursery work
  • Maintaining a clean, safe workspace

Requirements:

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to carry out physical tasks and manual handling up to 20kgs
  • All applicants must have own transport due to location of work
